Vineyard, Uxbridge

An office development within the heart of Uxbridge town centre completed for the Terrace Hill Group with approximately 65,000 ft² of office space arranged over four floors.

Work included underground car parking facilities with air conditioned space to the offices. All services were controlled via a central plant BEMS network.

Lighting was by fully recessed modular luminaires with fluorescent lamps and low brightness louvres complying with CIBSE Lighting Guide 3, Category 2.

Mecserve was retained by the client as quality control advisor for the services, including comments on the design production (by the services sub-contractor Shepherd Engineering Services), witnessing of the building services commissioning and, finally, acceptance of the services at handover on behalf of the client.
