With an interest in graphics and the built environment, Dominic began his career as an architectural assistant, before moving on to working with BIM. Expertise, knowledge and experience within the built industry, has led him to be involved in both MEP and architectural work projects, from large scale residential and hotel schemes to commercial projects.

Dominic has real creative flair. From volunteering for the Cineroleum Project, which converted a disused petrol station into a temporary summer cinema, to music production which has progressed into a skilled hobby, used as an artistic outlet.

With MEP design experience across all sizes of construction consultancies, Louis is EngTech accredited and Licentiate member of CIBSE (LCIBSE), also studying part time to achieve a BEng Building Services Engineering Degree at London Southbank University.

A big fan of football, which he also plays, he loves a sports bar too to watch everything from cricket and darts to F1 and boxing.

Lisa is Mecserve’s Office Manager.

She has many years of experience working in a range of administrative roles for a number of consultancies and now works to improve systems and ensure seamless back-office support. Lisa provides a first-class service in our busy office ensuring that our technical staff are supported in their roles delivering for our clients.

 

In addition to gardening and watching boxing, Lisa enjoys travel and spent six months back-packing on an itinerary that took her to UAE, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Fiji. Lisa and her husband sponsor two children, one in Cambodia and the other in Mozambique.

Peter joined Mecserve in 2015 as a Director, becoming Executive Director in 2022.

A mechanical engineer with excellent knowledge of other disciplines, Peter has deep experience across all sectors and scales of project. With outstanding organisation skills and drive to collaborate and innovate, he strives to exceed client expectations whilst delivering on-time and within budget. He also believes in making the time at work as positive as possible.

Peter travelled the world for a year and would like to travel more - with Japan, Iceland and Patagonia being top of his list – but that may be on hold for a while as he is the proud father of identical twin girls!

He is a keen sportsman and loves a challenge. What lies next …?

Jake joined Mecserve as an intermediate mechanical engineer and was quickly promoted to Senior Mechanical Engineer.

With an always positive and engaging attitude, Jake has deep experience of residential, commercial + pharmaceutical projects, and working with clients and design team members to develop projects from concept to completion.

 

Outside of work Jake, a huge Chelsea fan, keeps fit by playing football regularly and loves watching almost all sports. As well as sports he enjoys travelling, taking time out after university to explore south east Asia and has hopes to go even further afield. He can never say no to a meal out; It was his lockdown mission to try all the food stalls in Camden market.

Talent has been involved in residential, commercial, healthcare and education projects working with clients and contractors developing the design of projects from concept to completion. He has a particular interest in promoting technologies which reduce carbon emissions to benefit the environment and provide financial savings to his clients and is a regular contributor to online engineering forums, sharing his knowledge and practice.

Talent enjoys playing 5-a-side football on Sundays with mates and is a Formula 1 enthusiast who is planning to learn to ride a motorbike.

He has experienced the thrills of white water rafting at Victoria Falls, but is scared of heights and only takes evening flights.

A gymnast for 6 years, Mario loves to stay fit by practicising calisthenics daily and goes rock climbing almost every weekend, which balances his other passion -- cooking!

Nicolas' responsibilities include lighting design and ensuring calculations are correct, involvement in the design of fire alarm systems and reviewing small power designs.

He spends time onsite, witnessing electrical tests whilst developing a greater understanding of a variety of projects. Nicolas enjoys coordinating with contractors, as well as keeping our clients updated, ensuring they are satisfied with the progress of their project.

Nick is a keen football fan, also playing 7-aside for a local team. He enjoys music and loves going to gigs and hits the gym regularly.

Our Managing Director since 2007, Colin has been responsible for the management, electrical design & construction activities on a wide range of major projects in the commercial, education, retail, hotel, residential and industrial sectors.

Under his leadership, the company has diversified into a wide range of business sectors, however, Colin has made it a priority to ensure that the personal relationship that our clients value and which sets us apart from other consultancies continues to be central to our way of working.

As a teenager, he was school chess champion five years running and won the 100m and 200m track events consecutively for three years. In his spare time Colin acts a rugby coach for children and thinks that it's one the greatest team sports for youngsters to learn!

Rob leads our Electrical Team. A passionate engineer, his career has covered both design and installation. His experience encompasses prestigious Cat A/B fit out projects and residential from super prime to student accommodation.

Equally well versed with mixed use, data centres, healthcare, pharma, retail + rail developments, Rob has a wide knowledge of all types of MEP design, site co-ordination + project management from conception to completion and aftercare.

Rob loves nothing more than building and filling a man-cave with his "inventions" and making lights from repurposed objects. As a dad of four boys, perhaps this is more sanctuary than laboratory.
