An office development for Castlemore Securities with approximately 70,000ft² of office accommodation.
Arranged over five floors, with external and underground car parking facilities for 171 cars, the building included central atria with an extensive glass-covered roof and wall-climber scenic lifts which acts as the main focal point of the building.
The building was fully air conditioned with ceiling mounted fan coil units serving a mixture of modular and perimeter linear diffusers controlled and supervised by a central plant BEMS network.
Lighting was by fully recessed modular luminaires with fluorescent lamps and low brightness louvres complying with CIBSE Lighting Guide 3, Category 2. All office lighting was operated by a lighting control system to permit increased flexibility and ease-of-use by the tenants.
