The development involved the creation of nine residential units and a retail unit in the heart of Mayfair.
The apartments and shell-and-core A3 unit at ground and basement levels delivered a total 17,200 ft².
The project was based on a change of use from commercial to residential for the upper floors with some alterations and extensions to the listed building. The block fully refurbished with new lift core and staircase and new floors at 4th and 5th.
The reconfiguration of the space allowed the introduction of an A3 riser for restaurant use, opening up the retail options for the site. At basement level, new plant and storage areas were created including bicycles storage for residents.
The new apartments are serviced to a very high standard with comfort-cooling, underfloor heating, intelligent lighting and security systems.
The scheme achieved a BREEAM EcoHomes ‘Very Good’ rating.
