Mecserve was appointed to carry out the enhanced design intent of the mechanical, electrical and lift engineering services for the prestigious 86,000 ft² hotel development based in Whitehall, central London.

The scheme comprised a 153-key full-service boutique hotel including restaurant, bars, basement conference facilities and multiple commercial service kitchens.

The mechanical services included CHP, heating & ventilation, fully boosted domestic hot and cold water services, comfort cooling and gas supplies.

The electrical services included decommissioning and replacement of an existing sub-station, new electrical distribution systems, small power and lighting, photovoltaic arrays, fire engineering services and emergency communication services. 

The scheme is being developed as part of the Hyatt Unbound collection.
