44 Great Marlborough Street, Westminster

Mecserve was appointed to assist with the design of a new office development for Apperly Estates.

Within the heart of London, the development provided approximately 14,800 ft² of nett office accommodation arranged over six floors.

The work included incoming services to the retail unit at both ground and basement level. The office building was fully air conditioned with ceiling mounted VRF (variable refrigeration flow) fan-coil units serving a mixture of modular and perimeter linear diffusers. Each fan-coil unit was controlled individually, with the system being independently served on a floor-by-floor basis (each floor had its own air conditioning condenser located on the roof).

Lighting was by fully recessed modular luminaires with low brightness louvres.
