The client (Green Property) allotted Mecserve the task of developing a solution for Park View - a 112,600 ft² office over four floors with car parking on the lower two floors.
The main impetus was to address the air conditioning and lighting throughout the building. The main plant was located at roof level with distribution taken to serve the ceiling-mounted four-pipe fan-coil air conditioning systems.
Lighting to the office areas was by fully recessed modular luminaires with fluorescent lamps and low brightness louvres complying with CIBSE Lighting Guide 3, Category 2.
