Ham Yard, Soho

Mecserve was appointed to carry out the design of the mechanical and electrical services including air-conditioning for this prestigious 150,000 ft² mixed-use development in the heart of London's Soho.

The project covered a hotel, residential accommodation, studio units and retail units located on the lower levels.

The hotel scheme comprised 90 luxurious bedrooms and had restaurants, kitchens, bars, spa and gym, a 1950s-style bowling alley and a home cinema for the guests on the ground and lower ground floors.

'Firmdale Hotels' believe that “hotels should be living things, not stuffy institutions” and, as such, the design of the interiors were fashioned in a fresh contemporary English style to create a unique look.
